Your orientation and training occurs in phases, both at RANAC and in your office. We know that learning is best solidified during real situations and our support teams are well-versed in effective training methods.
After the extensive training phase, RANAC’s in-house support serves the day-to-day situations that may arise. Further training for the enhancement packages and upgrades is also offered when appropriate. Refresher courses and monthly scheduled training sessions, available at RANAC and on-line, complete the total RANAC support package.
